Well i'm back in South Australia now. Staying at home alot and sleeping. I've already got my ticket sorted for a return Journey to Japan, leaving early Nov. Been visiting friends and playing with my PC a bit. A bit of flash and just recently XML feeds, these kinda confuse me with their simplicity, if that makes any sense? you can se the fruits of my work at the bottom of this blogs main page (this page if your not reading an archive) i've been merrily sucking in RSS/RDF and ATOM feeds, Slashdot get a bit funny if you try to grab the xml to often and start serving you a "You have been banned!" XML feed. i put the feeds into a iFrame cos its easier from a blogger implementation point of view and also the main page still gets to load while the iFrame is slowly doing its thing. Dunno why im writing all this but i guess it helps me to understand the last few days work. So... I'll be heading to Sydney soon to look for some work and see some friends. Looking forward to getting some slightly warmer weather though, it's chilly here and with no snow that's just not fun! more later...
